Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Rest assured, we monitor all shipments closely to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more (up to $9999).

All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal. Promotional discounts may occasionally alter these terms, which will be clearly displayed during purchase.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Due to regulatory restrictions, certain destinations may be excluded from delivery. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. For consolidated orders with multiple items, tracking may update in phases. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to customs inspections, weather events, or carrier backlogs. For lost packages, we initiate investigations with carriers after 15 business days and will either reship your items (subject to availability) or provide a refund upon confirmation of non-delivery.

Customs & Import Duties
